My snake plant finally poked out a third leaf after sitting dormant for months. I'd almost written it off as a lost cause, but turns out it just needed me to stop fussing with it. I moved it to a bright corner and basically ignored it for a couple months, and that's when new growth showed up. If you've got one that's stalled out, sometimes the best thing you can do is just leave it alone.
