My ZZ plant finally pushed out a new stem after months of doing basically nothing, and I'm weirdly excited about it

My ZZ plant finally pushed out a new stem after months of doing basically nothing, and I'm weirdly excited about it. I've been watering it maybe once every three weeks since I got it, and I honestly wasn't sure if it was even alive half the time. It's just sitting in a corner with indirect light and apparently that's exactly what it wanted. Has anyone else had theirs just refuse to do anything for a while before suddenly growing? I'm wondering if I should expect more now or if this is just a one-off.
