My ZZ plant has been sitting in the same corner for two years, barely moving. I finally moved it closer to a window last month and the new growth came in thicker and faster than I've ever seen. I was so convinced it didn't care about light that I wasn't giving it enough. Turns out even "low light" plants appreciate actual brightness—they just won't die without it. Worth reconsidering if yours looks leggy.
