My ZZ plant is finally putting out new growth after I stopped fussing with it. I was watering way too often—learned that the hard way with root rot on my first one. Now I let the soil dry out completely between waterings and it's thriving. If you've got one that looks pale or droopy, honestly just back off the water and be patient. They're slow growers but they're built to survive neglect, not constant attention.
