My ZZ plant is finally putting out new growth after months of basically sitting there. I learned the hard way that I was overwatering it—left it alone for six weeks and suddenly it woke up. Now I only water when the soil is completely dry. If you've got one that seems stuck, resist the urge to fuss with it. These things are tougher than they look, honestly.
