My ZZ plant is finally putting out new leaflets after I basically ignored it for three months—turns out that's exactly what it wanted. I've got six plants total and this one's by far the most forgiving, but I'm still figuring out the watering. I think I've been overwatering, so I'm trying the "wait until the soil is completely dry" approach now. Has anyone else had success with this, or am I being too harsh? Would love to see photos of how big yours gets.
