Notes on my Fiddle Leaf Fig

I've had my Ficus lyrata for two years now, and I finally figured out why the lower leaves kept dropping—it wasn't underwatering, it was drafts from my cooler nights. Since I moved it away from the window in winter, it's been stable. I think people blame everything on watering when light and air movement matter just as much in arid climates. Anyone else had better luck once they stopped fussing with it?
