Notes on my Fiddle Leaf Fig

So I finally figured out why my fiddle leaf fig kept dropping leaves—it was the cold drafts from my kitchen door, not underwatering like I thought! Now I keep her away from the window in winter and she's actually putting out new growth. Has anyone else had better luck moving theirs to a different spot? I'm curious if location is just as important as the watering routine everyone talks about.
