Notes on my Peace Lily

I've had my Spathiphyllum wallisii for about three years now, and I'm finally understanding why mine droops so dramatically when thirsty—it's actually a useful signal rather than a flaw. That theatrical wilting is the plant telling you exactly when it needs water, which honestly beats guessing. I keep it in bright indirect light near an east-facing window in my tropical setup, and it's thriving. Has anyone else noticed how much it prefers consistently moist (not soggy) soil compared to most houseplants?
