Notes on my Peace Lily

I've had my Spathiphyllum wallisii for about three years now, and I've finally figured out why mine was always drooping despite regular watering—turns out mine was actually bone dry between waterings. The thing is, they're dramatic enough to tell you when they're thirsty, but I was misreading the signals. Now I let the soil dry just slightly and water thoroughly, and it's rewarding me with blooms almost constantly. Anyone else had that moment where you realize you've been overcomplicating things?
