Notes on my Peace Lily

My peace lily has been thriving for months now, and I finally figured out why my first one struggled so much—I was watering on a schedule instead of waiting for the soil to dry out a bit. These plants are dramatic and will literally droop to tell you they're thirsty, which sounds annoying but it's actually perfect because you can't miss the signal. Now I just let mine tell me when it needs water and it's so much happier.
