Notes on my Peace Lily

I've had my Spathiphyllum wallisii for three years now, and I'm still puzzled by how dramatically it wilts when thirsty—then bounces back within hours of watering. It's almost theatrical. That said, in my arid climate it's one of my few plants that actually appreciates the low humidity; it seems less prone to root issues than people suggest. Anyone else find theirs less fussy than the internet claims, or am I just lucky?
