Notes on my Pothos

I've had my Epipremnum aureum trailing down a shelf for about three years now, and I just noticed something odd—the newer growth is noticeably smaller than the older leaves, even though conditions haven't changed. I'm wondering if it's finally hitting some nutrient limit in the soil, or if the lower humidity in my arid climate is finally catching up with it. Has anyone else seen their pothos shift like this? I'm hesitant to repot since it's thriving otherwise.
