Notes on my Snake Plant

I finally figured out why my Sansevieria trifasciata was slowly declining—I was watering it on a schedule instead of checking the soil first. Turns out in my arid climate, it genuinely needs water maybe once every three weeks, sometimes longer. The moment I switched to the "soak and forget" approach and let the pot dry out completely between waterings, new growth came through. It's such a forgiving plant, but I learned it rewards neglect over fussing.
