Notes on my Snake Plant

Just realized my snake plant has been bone dry for weeks and it's *still* thriving—honestly makes me wonder if I've been overwatering my other plants. I only have six total, so I'm still figuring out the watering schedule here in my Mediterranean climate. Does anyone else just water theirs once a month or am I getting lucky? Would love to know what actually works for others because I feel like I keep reading conflicting advice online.
