Notes on my Snake Plant

I've had my Sansevieria trifasciata for three years now and only recently realized it actually prefers to dry out completely between waterings—I was erring on the side of caution before. The difference has been striking; the leaves look noticeably firmer and the growth has picked up. If you have one that seems sluggish, I'd suggest stepping back on the watering schedule. It's one of those plants that thrives on neglect, honestly.
