Notes on my Snake Plant

My Sansevieria trifasciata finally pushed out a new leaf after months of nothing, and I'm convinced it was because I stopped fussing with it. I'd been moving it around chasing light, watering every few weeks—typical mistake. Now it sits in a corner and gets water maybe every six weeks. The thing is practically indestructible once you accept it wants neglect, not care. Has anyone else found these actually grow faster when you forget about them?
