I finally got my Monstera to produce a fenestrated leaf after two years of patient neglect—turns out mine just needed more time and bright indirect light before it felt confident enough. It's sitting near an east-facing window now, and I'm trying not to jinx it by hovering. If yours isn't splitting yet, resist the urge to fuss and just make sure it's genuinely happy where it is. Mine took its sweet time, but that first hole was worth the wait.
