Notes on my Swiss Cheese Plant

I've had my Monstera deliciosa for three years now, and I'm finally seeing consistent fenestration on new leaves—it took patience, but stronger indirect light and regular feeding during the growing season made all the difference. I'm curious though: does anyone else find the aerial roots a bit unruly? Mine keeps sending them everywhere, and I'm never sure whether to guide them into soil or just let them do their thing. Would love to hear how others manage theirs.
