Notes on my Swiss Cheese Plant

My Monstera deliciosa is finally putting out fenestrated leaves after two years of solid juvenile growth, and I'm realizing I may have been underwatering slightly. I switched to letting the soil dry out more between waterings—not bone dry, just properly aerated—and the growth rate picked up noticeably. Worth considering if yours seems sluggish; they're thirsty plants but not waterlogged ones.
