Notes on my Swiss Cheese Plant

I've had my Monstera deliciosa for about eight months now and I'm finally seeing those iconic fenestrations starting to show on the newer leaves! I was worried for a while that mine wasn't getting enough light, but moving it closer to the east-facing window seems to have made all the difference. Has anyone else found that their Monstera took a while to develop the characteristic holes, or did mine just take its sweet time settling in?
