I've had my Monstera deliciosa for about three years now, and I'm finally seeing consistent fenestration on new leaves—it took longer than expected, but the payoff is worth it. I think the key was patience with watering; I let the top inch dry completely between waterings rather than keeping it constantly moist. Mine sits near an east-facing window in my tropical setup, and it seems to prefer that bright indirect light. Has anyone else noticed their Monstera takes its time before the leaves really start splitting?
