Notes on my ZZ Plant

My ZZ plant has been the low-maintenance dream everyone promises, but I finally figured out why mine stayed stunted for two years—I was watering it way too often. Once I switched to letting the soil dry out completely between waterings, it started throwing out new leaflets like crazy. In an arid climate like mine, that dormancy period seems to be what it actually needs. Now it's my most reliable grower and honestly requires almost zero attention.
