Notes on my ZZ Plant

I've had my ZZ plant for about a year now and honestly it's been the easiest thing in my collection—barely needs water and doesn't seem to care about the light situation in my apartment. But I'm wondering if mine is actually growing or just... existing? The stems look the same length as when I got it. Should I be doing something differently, or is slow growth just normal for these? Would love to know what other people's ZZ plants do.
