Notes on my ZZ Plant

I've had my *Zamioculcas zamiifolia* for three years now and it's finally put out a new leaflet after months of nothing—turns out it was bone dry soil, not neglect. Mine lives in a bright corner of my study and seems to prefer it slightly drier than I'd expect for an aroid. The real lesson for me was patience; I almost tossed it thinking it'd stalled out.
