Notes on my ZZ Plant

I've had my *Zamioculcas zamiifolia* for three years now and it's finally pushing a fourth leaflet stem—something I wasn't sure would happen given my dry climate. I think the key was resisting the urge to water it. I'd read they were drought-tolerant, but I still fussed. Once I actually stopped and let the soil dry completely between waterings, it seemed to reward the restraint. Anyone else find they grow better when you just leave them alone?
