Notes on my ZZ Plant

I've had my ZZ plant for about eight months now and I'm finally seeing new leaflets unfurl, which feels like a win since I was worried I'd overwatered it early on. The glossy pinnate leaves are stunning once they harden off. I keep it in bright indirect light near an east-facing window in my tropical setup, and it seems happy with minimal fussing. Has anyone else found Zamioculcas zamiifolia slow to establish? I'm curious if that's just the species being patient or if I'm missing something.
