Notes on my ZZ Plant

I've had my Zamioculcas zamiifolia for three years now, and I'm finally seeing new leaflets emerge from the rhizome after months of patience. I think the key was backing off on watering—I was convinced I was underwatering, but it turns out this species really does prefer to dry out completely between waterings. My specimen is thriving in a corner with indirect light, barely any fuss. If you have one that seems stuck, honestly just neglect it a little and see what happens.
