Notes on my ZZ Plant

I've had my ZZ plant for three years now and honestly it's been the most forgiving thing in my collection—barely drinks water, doesn't complain about low light. But I just realized I've never actually repotted it, and the growth has totally plateaued. Has anyone else neglected theirs for that long? I'm nervous I'll shock it by messing with the roots, but I'm curious if repotting would actually snap it out of this slow phase or if I'm just impatient.
