Notes on my ZZ Plant

I've had my ZZ plant for about four years now, and I finally figured out why mine was always so slow: I was watering it like it actually needed water. Turns out those rhizomes are basically tiny storage tanks, and mine is thriving now that I let it dry out completely between waterings. It's honestly the most forgiving plant I own, which is saying something given my track record.
