Notes on my ZZ Plant

I've had my Zamioculcas zamiifolia for three years now, and I finally figured out why it was creeping along—I was watering it far too often for an arid climate like mine. Switched to a strict "soak and dry" schedule every three weeks, and the growth has been noticeably faster. They're incredibly forgiving, but in dry heat especially, they really do want you to let the soil dry out completely. Anyone else here fighting the urge to overwater theirs?
